We had a great time while Mary and Bingo were up here visiting in the first two weeks of November. As seen in the pictures, November is the transition between Fall and Winter here, many of the Fall colored leaves remain among the Winter clouds and cold wind. With the airport being close to the Boise foothills we curved up to Bogus Basin before heading to the house. The following day we drove up to Cascade, ID to spend two nights in a cabin on Warm Lake, out 35 miles in east Cascade. Even with it being overcast and drizzling rain much of the time it was really beautiful with a mystic look and feel. In the following days we made the rounds touring the Idaho Capital Building, walking around downtown, driving through Boise's Historic Northend District, eating in Hyde Park, driving down to Ste. Chapelle's Winery and to a couple areas of the Snake River.
